HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please send an email to info@naturallygroovyoils.com with the proof of purchase and reason for canceling. If your order has already shipped, you will be refunded once we have received the return.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS?
Store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children and pets.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS?
Shelf life is 6-12 months when properly stored. To reduce the risk of oxidation, oil blends can be refrigerated.
ARE THERE HAZARDOUS INGREDIENTS IN THE PRODUCT?
No. We use essential oils only. Our products contain no chemicals or parabens / preservatives of any kind.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS BLENDED WITH ORGANIC OILS?
We obtain all of our oils from only certified organic growers and distillers. All products are free of chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides.
